Appointments are available starting January 12, with services offered from January 29 to April 9, 2026, on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. To schedule, call 860-590-8910 or visit SimplifyCT.org to book online starting January 12.
As a reminder, members who call Members Credit Union to speak with a live representative are required to provide a password before accessing account information. This added security measure helps protect your account and personal information.
Setting up your password is quick and easy:
Online:Log in to Online Banking, or Mobile App MCU@Home, select Secure Mailbox in the menu, click Start a new secure message, and send us your chosen password. Need help? Watch our step-by-step tutorial video to learn how to send a secure message.
In-Person: Set up your password with an MCU representative at the credit union.
